　　研究院主要依托住房和城乡建设部与中山大学的优势资源和研究力量，包括依托中山大学的学科、人才、资源整合和产学研结合的优势，以及住建部在乡村建设管理和区域协调中的规划、政策制定优势，集成各方面力量，将研究院建设成为区域协调和乡村振兴领域的国家级高端智库，为中国乡村和区域的高质量发展提供理论保障、智力支持和技术支撑。

　　The institute mainly relies on the superior resources and research strength of the Ministry of Housing and Urban-Rural Development and Sun Yat-sen University, including the advantages of Sun Yat-Sen University's disciplines, talents, resource integration, industry-university-research, and the Ministry of Housing and Urban-Rural Development in rural construction management and regional coordination. Advantages of policy formulation, integration of various forces, the Institute will be built into a national high-end think tank in the field of regional coordination and rural revitalization, providing theoretical support, intellectual support and technical support for the high-quality development of rural areas and regions in China.
